Company Engagements
For: Leadership teams facing a specific strategic question that requires the full discipline of the institute applied to a single company.
Closed engagements built for the senior team of one company at a time. No standard curriculum. The engagement is designed around the specific question the team is facing. A category being redefined, a commitment that needs to be released, a capability that must be rebuilt, a long term thesis under short term pressure. Delivered to the full leadership team as an operational intervention, not a training program.
Company engagements are accepted selectively, and staffed personally.

Advisory Retainers
For: Individual founders and senior executives who want a sustained, confidential advisory relationship on the small number of decisions each year that most shape the company's long run trajectory.
Ongoing advisory work with a single principal of the institute, structured around the leader's actual calendar. The decisions coming up, the pressure currently in the room, the judgment call that has not yet been made. Confidential by default.
Retainer relationships are limited by design. The institute maintains only the number of retainers each principal can serve with the standard that justifies the relationship.
